Eviction is not simply asking the police to throw out the tenant. Who gave the
police authority to kick someone out of their own home? Will they just do it
because landlord said so?
In my state, the eviction process takes at least 3 month since the tenant
stopped paying the rent. And my state is not even one of those liberal states.
