keep air pressure balanced every time when you flush your toilet (same with
other plumbing fixture)
When the vent pipe penetrates roof deck, the rubberized roofing material
supposed to be bended upward and secured around the pipe. Sometime because of
poor construction, or just the ageing of roofing membrane, there are water
leak either through the bending point or the securing point. Either case, you
