As far as the way heat is generated and circulated, you can have hot water
based or forced air based.
hot water based means water is heated in furnace and circulating in either
a so called radiator (nuan3 qi4 pian4) or a baseboard in every room, hot
water through the metal pipes radiates heat.
Forced air system circulates the air(either heated or cooled) through
instead of hot water, so A/C can be integrated more easily.

煤气一样通过来了...
关于供暖/空调系统， 一般是HOT WATER和 FORCED AIR两种，HOT WATER比较老式，
锅炉烧热水通过暖气散热，HOT WATER SYSTEM不能降温，可以另加窗式空调和在装
中央空调系统，如果另装中央空调就要另加送风道(热水是走水管)，原始造价比较
高，另外，这种供暖系统是靠开窗进行室内外换气
FORCE AIR就是在AIR HANDLE UNIT里把空气加热或冷却，然后通过送风道送到室内，
这种单独住宅里一套送风道就行了，原始造价便宜，比较高级的住宅楼或公用建筑
有时是冷暖各一套，一般单栋住宅FORCE AIR是直接加热制冷室外空气直接排进室内，
加热制冷的负担比较重，或者热风部分经过一个散热器加热室内空气
另外，制冷都是用电吧？原理就是那个冰箱的冷凝亚缩循环，和OIL/GAS没什么关系
建议大家选房时多注意朝向/自然通风采光/仿暑遮阳/种植树木低档西北风，少
