c*******k 发帖数: 1308	1 agent 要我们签一份东西，一年之内在本地买房必须用她的service，同时注明给我们多少rebate。这是正常程序吗？我想agent业务是靠推荐的，我不担心她在rebate上耍赖，所以这种保证对我们没有必要。而一年内在整个county 都必须用她的service，难道我这一年都不能fire她吗？这也太苛刻了。新手没有经验，请问我们该签吗？

o*********8 发帖数: 488	3 Never sign a contract like this. This is the so-called "exclusive agency" agreement. My prev. agent tried the same thing with me. You do not have to sign this contract at all. Just tell him you're not comfortable signing this with him.
