我在北卡，今天跟local一个mortgage office的loan officer拿了closing cost的
estimate。他建议我用FHA，15年的RATE是4.875%，30年是5.25%。
我正在申请H1，现在是OPT，所以好多broker不愿意借。
Estimated closing costs:
801 Origination 1881 (这个是贷款的1%)

807 Commitment Fee 580
