there is a vent on the side of exterior wall, which the inspector suspects
there is an underground tank.
Now I have to spend oil tank inspection to detect:
1. Is there a tank?
2. If there is a tank, was it treated or not? Is it leaking or not?
Question:
1. Is oil tank a big concern for you buyers? If a house ever has an oil tank
heating, would you consider it?
2. If the tank is removed, any future problems? if not removed, | m******9
