went out to take a look at several model houses. The builder has one model
that had laid out foundation. They asked for 261k. We countered offer with
235k, which is our agent suggestion. and the final deal is that 250k and
they will pay our closing cost. I really do not know this is good or bad
deal. I live in CO.Any thoughts? |
