Appraisal report should include dwelling price和replacement cost. Dont use
market price to buy insurance because you will over pay, due to 2 reasons:
1. market price include value of land, which you dont need cover. No hazard
could destroy your land. :-) not sure earthquake.
2. replacement cost is only the cost from the insurance to build a similar
one.
Talk to your loan office and they will help you to get above numbers, since
underwriting team at bank will need those numbers too. | t**s
