The bank called me that the loan will be hold until I get H1B Visa approved
and show my green card application.I am renewing H1-VISA from November 1. I
received a receipt of application for renewing H1-B VISA two weeks ago, so
I can work legally now. But a staff in the bank doesn't understand that
my status is stable. They are worring that my renewing H1-VISA is effective
only one more year.

所以只有等到renew approved. |
