the air does not circulae well there. Radon can cause lang cancer.
Usually, you ask the neighbors if they usually do or not. You may check such
radon maps of your county to see if your target house in in the high value
area or low value area.
You should put a radon test contigency in your contract offer. If the result
is too high, you may either ask the seller to install the device or
withdraw your offer.
