the market is really good for buyers and we found one house both of us
really like.
Few things to consider:
1. just moving to the Midwest, kind of permanently.
2. Not qualified for the first homeowner anymore.
3. First baby on the way.
4. wife has not found a job yet, and we have a major concern of commute if
she finds a job on other side of the city.
5. rent an apt with one year contract, cozy but small

1. we mentioned we are kind of permanently because my job is relatively
stable and both of us like here so far. In most cases, we will stay here for
a long time.
2. we bought our first house this year and sold it within several month
because I need to relocate. yes, a big mistake. we checked with local IRS
and they told us that the short time ownership of my previous house actually
disqualified us for any future credit benefits

is when the mortgage rate > 8%.
If you have no cash and wish to gamble for higher house price, now is the
good time.
