but not the best now. I don't know which state you are in. $5000 sounds much
reasonable for closing fee. Anyway, all numbers your broker gave you now is
only estimated. You will know the exactly number 2 days before closing. You
need to shop around to choose a home insurance company, then you could save
some money. Don't choose ARM if you can afford the fixed mortgage payment.
