刚刚给要买的townhouse做了inspection,屋里的没有大毛病。主要问题出在公共地下室
，（townhouse本身没有地下室）。condo association答应给修，但是担心他们不好好
修，或一些问题根本修不好，很喜欢这个townhouse，但是我们最多会住5年，所以很担
心卖的时候这些会出问题，买家会不会看到曾经出过这些问题，就直接walk away了？

1.There is significant rusting of the steel floor trusses and corrugated sub
floor seen from inside the crawl space.
Perhaps sand blasting and painting these steel components with a rust
inhibitive paint could be performed to extend their useful life. There is no
way for us to perform any load test
