when this tax thing ends, given the current economic situation, price should

much.
#1 rule to buy: shopping around your target area as many as possible, you
do as much as possible home work about the house, then you will be sure when
it is a good deal.
#2: you can't be sure when the bottom is, just buy when you feel right. |
