last two years. The reality is, they can't control the market.

需求在那儿呢。 差学区的房子到是有可能再降。

也不好卖，有个房子从3.6M一路降到2.1M, 还在active中。
现在有实力买这种价位的房子的人手里应该已经有房子，只要
信心没有恢复，就一定会观望，等继续降价。即使不降价，
也没理由涨价的，那么为什么要着急买呢？因为学区而买房的，
应该是target那个学区里低端的房子吧？总之我看毫宅还是要跌。
如果不是小孩着急要上学，不如再等等，可能同样的钱两年后能
买更好的房子。高端和低端差价会缩小。

太难预测，而且地区之间差异也很大。我朋友在东部，他们那里今年房价一直都很稳定
，起伏不大。我们的agent 自己也要买房，看了两三年了，还没买上。 她也错过了这
里今年的低谷，最近看上一个1。3m 的新房子，现在已经bid到1。4 m 了。
