个房子翻新了，包括里面的所有管道，煤气的，电的，水管，包括fire place。所有可
能是用电或者气的都装成了双管，然后他在原价基础上加了20万打算卖出去。整个房子
超级漂亮，加上他自己打了口井，浇花园的水都从井里直接抽起来，自动浇花和草坪，
完全没有水费。整个经济实用呀！ |

have other jobs or projects. he will end up about 50k to 80k if he can sell
it. not bad as 2nd income or maybe even 3rd.
