Because your desired loan amount plus your current mortgage balance cannot e
xceed 80.00% of your home's purchase price the first 6 months, your maximum
loan amount is less than $10,000. This amount is not eligible for a Home Equ
ity loan. Once you are in the home for 6 months we can look at the value in
stead of the purchase price
第一次买房,6个月后就可以做HELOC了
这样相当于开了一张信用卡,可以定期的借钱.
