以前公寓里用过gas的壁炉，只有在跟前才热，点起来总觉得在烧钱 :p
听说买木头庄子烧火比较便宜？收拾起来麻烦么？热效率怎么样？ |

lot of them will just go out of chimney)
If you have a lots of free wood you can burn, it is pretty nice. If you have
to buy the pre-cut fire wood, I don't think it will save you any money. A
pallet stove might be better.
收拾起来麻烦么？Depending what kind of wood you burn, most of them just have
a little ash to sweep up, but you need to have someone to clean your
chimney once a year.

煤气木头跟效率没有关系。有关的是，旧式壁炉都很浪费。
新式的跟屋子的heater差不多。

1. The fireplace should not take air from the indoors, that is, it should
have an in-take airway from outdoors.
2. Glass doors to keep exhaust from escaping the fireplace and room air from
sucking into the fireplace.
3. The right damper size to control the airflow.
4. Better aerodynamic in flue to prevent sucking in cold air.
The newer one might have more
1. Grate heaters.
2. Reflectors.
3. Catalytic features.
