上面倒是有一个黑家伙， 边上有个 on, 但是看着不像保险丝。请问空调的保险丝一般

好了

外面的盒子只是个开关，为维修用的。

refill coolant, and it is not guaranteed that it will not leak.
RWKR, can we refill coolant ourselves?

refrigerant is what is used in A/C unit. There are lots of differnt kind, I
believe you will need a license to buy them.

Maybe we should just replace the whole unit. It is 16 years old. Can't
believe the quote is 6K for a one-bedroom condo. A unit for our 3-level home
only costs 6k.

tank that hook up to a grill, different size and content). You will need to
buy a set of gauges. You can just hook it up and charge. If your system was
completely empty, and you can measure the length of the piping, you can just
calculate how much refrigerant you need and put a digital scale under the
tank and measure the charge that way. I like to charge based on the gauge
reading and outside temperature (don't do it when

发帖数: 5829 | 14 今天给空调的CONTRACTOR打电话了，他分析最大的可能是BRAKER坏了。查了一下压缩机
后面的标签，楼上的空调最小20，最大25，他们按的是20，所以从来没问题。
楼下空调FUSE 最小30，最大40，结果他们给按的BRAKER是20，所以空调开一会就跳闸
，这次彻底不行了。这个电工真够差的，给BUIDLER打电话了，他说一会给回。 看来有
问题要及时找他们，现在过了2年了多，也不知道还管不管，实在不行只能自己找人修
了。或者大牛介绍一下经验怎么自己换BRAKER? 怕的是电线烧坏了。

发帖数: 1281 | 15 The fan stopped working, so paid 150 to replace breaker. Then we were told
that freon also leaks, and needs to be refilled. That is $450, but they can'
t guarantee it will not leak after the refill. I guess the A/C is just old.

should replace both the outside and inside units together. But 6K still
seems a lot for a one-bedroom condo. It is a rental property, so I am not
sure whether it pays off to get an energy-efficient unit.
The contractor said if the blue light comes on frequently, that means there
is leakage.
