我看instruction说“The purchase price is the adjusted basis of your homeon
the date you purchased it. This includes certain settlement or closing
costs (such as legal fees and recording fees)....
eg,合同房价是20万，首付20% 4万，settlement cost 包括了律师费$850, 1个多月的
房产税和
几天的贷款利息，4个月的escrow,和recording fee,等等，那我应该填的数字是20万，
还是20万
加上closing cost其中的一部份？如果还要加上closing cost其中的一部分，那哪些部
分才可以加
上去的？

发帖数: 372 | 2 if contract price or purchase price is more than 80,000 (i.e., 8000/10%),
then there is no difference, I will not care any extra closing cost, just
writing down your contract price is enough.
