I like to grow the kind that can be eaten (used for food), depending on your
climate, but I have tried Water lily (lotus), Chinese water chestnut, Water
spinach, Watercress, Taro, Water-pepper, Wasabi and a few more I can not
think of right now, they all grow just fine, but some better than other.
