difference at all. Some subdivision have a model home, that garage was
coverted to sales office, you should try to look for one like that first,
since they don't need to covert it back to garage for you, they will even
give you a discount.

虑到的问题有防水， siding， 还准
备加个 overhang。
由于drive way 比较大， 有计划再建个车库，

garage door and put up a wall, right?)
