发帖数: 1844 | 5 if you have a 5-yr arm, after 5 years, it is not a simple fixed rate unless
you refinance before the 5-yr matures. After 5-yr, it is sth like: index (
this fluctuates with market) + Additional rate (this is written in your 5-yr
arm contract, sth like 2.5% (or 5%, I make up this number) above index) +
Another item (I forget the name of this). Basically, unless after 5 yrs,
the rate is really low, you probably need to refinance...
