Most of them are related to the value of your house.
A few is standard charge that title company charge to every customer.

发帖数: 4285 | 4 才开始看房，没经验，根据我得到的几个当地CLOSING FEE的报价，我觉得不贵。前两
项不同贷款经办人报价差别大，第三项(GOVERNMENT RECORDING & TRANSFER CHARGES)
应该是一次性的政府收费，第四第五项好象商量余地小。我的AGENT说CLOSING FEE按房
价的3%准备。一个老印报的只前三项就是$5409，我要买的房价还低不少。 |
