发帖数: 3244 | 8 FHA has very tight requirement on condo/townhouse. if this is for a SFH, the
different will be very limited. basically a person who can not make 20%
down and with low credit score will have to go with FHA. Seller can require
no FHA and/or VA loan to reduce the rick that the buyer may not be able to
close the transaction.
