第二个问题,银行pre approval后,信上说final loan approved will be subjected
to the following conditions:
1.Satisfactory sales contract
2.Satisfactory appraisal
3.Satisfactory documentation of income and assets
4.Final underwriter review and approval of any and all conditions
以上几点里面的第4项,final underwriter review 是什么意思?是不是说我现在就算
preapproval了但还不能确定最终一定能贷到款? 我们主要是担心身份的问题,我是
H1B,ld现在在转H1B的过程中,他今年1月交的申请。
