想请问，该和我的realtor 这样做才好继续和seller 讲价？我的感觉好像我的buyer
agent 也不是很情愿再降价似的。

short sale, (sold as is), 在inspection我们还是降了2500, 当时是抱着" never
hurt to ask" 的态度.

according to its condition (age, damage, problem), you may not be able to
cut much more. But it is price like mint condition and you find lots of
problem, you should be able to ask the seller to fix the problem or give you
some credit to fix them yourself.
Buyer's agent work for you, if you feel the price should come down, he is
obligated to bring the numbers to the sellers agent.
