有地下室，加地下室，一共是3200squar feet. .
以下是inspect的重点：
1,The east garage service door is wood hollow core; Door between the house
and the garage should be solid wood or steel to provide a smoke/ fire
barrier between the house and the garage. 好象是建议要装一个门
2,Front of the house Exterior Surface Type: Wood - Recommend the wood be
scraped andpainted. Minor rot noted at bottom of wood. 我的inspector 建议外
墙全部重新漆上。说是可能要花2000到3000 元
3, The concrete is pitted and chipped | g*****9

This does not meet code in most part of US, seller should install a new door.
