个大问题吗，不知道要花多少钱，银行short sale的房子，什么都不管，再大的问题也
是自己出钱修的，不知道这个hot water heater的问题严重吗？ |

发帖数: 4125 | 6 only 5 year old house, check to make sure the hot water heater is still
under warranty. Some 6 years, some 9 years, some 12 years.
