windows, doors, walls, etc.
If you live in more harsh climate, house will be build "tight", you will
need some kind of air exchange system, otherwise you will die from lack of
oxygen. My house have a system that is capable of exchange all its air
between 6 to 30 times per day. (it is variable based on indoor air quality,
there is a sensor in every room and send the info to control and it will
adjust the damper on each r

front door, which consist three very powerful fans, it is used to blow air
into the house, air pressure in each room is measured, if too low, it

发帖数: 9607 | 14 热交换器，出去的气跟进来的气体进行热交换。节能是相对直接开门开窗换气说的。如
果房子密封好，一个冬天都不换气最节能。

house can be alarmed when this happens and open windows/doors to keep air
circulate. By the way, he is generating electricity by himself with his own
natural gas field and turbine, so it is very unlikely there is a power
outage for his family.
