and with loan origination fee not to exceed 1% of the loan amount.

上看，你明知贷95%，还要4.75利率有很大风险，干吗非得接受你的offer. |

% @ 30 years. And the agent made such a load condition based on the pre-
qualification.

contract. I will try to talk to my agent about loan contingency to make it
more feasible.

Mine simply says "Buyer's obligation under this contract is contingent on
buyer obtaining financing. All financing contingencies herein automatically
expire 5 business days prior to the closing date."

260K. Just pray for the response soon so that I may have a little change to
