一旦超出日期, 所有的approval process就从新开始.
但是看到前面有人也会收到seller的amendment,
我能不能也submit一个呢? 需要多久时间?

than 2 weeks for the loan, which is almost impossible. Finally the buyer has
do all cash closing. Otherwise the deal will be gone. It is a pain to do
short sale. |

And the conclusion is "it is very hard if not impossible". :( |
