现在是出租的，据seller讲，tenant会在6月初搬出。我们offer上写的closing date是
6月24日。
现在有一个问题，如果tenant不能搬出，房子就不能按期close，在这种情况下，我们
可以拿回所有的deposit嘛？seller有没有权利扣住我们的deposit不退哪？比如seller
会不会claim他们也有经济上的损失， 所以要扣一些deposit作为赔偿？

发帖数: 1594 | 9 同意。如果对方协商了可以延期的条款，你却没有限定条件，吃亏的就是你。不但8k没
有了，连loan lock都可能过期。损失就大了。
