final approval within 10 days.

总结下来delay的是少数，但是平时还是要做好准备，多push：） |

They are super slow. Underwriting will not look at the file until the last
minutes of your loan contingency, and loan officer can not talk with the
underwriting until the file is looked. that is the logic of slowness.

t expect things get done by 10 days. plan safe |

发帖数: 80 | 8 ours got closed within 21 days. the process with BOA was pretty fast, but to
get the underwrite from the owner took a long time since they were oversea.
you just need to push them very often. in our case, we didn't push them,
otherwise, it could be closed in maybe 15 days. :p

BAC的loan officer已经跟我说过很多遍了，他们跟underwriting department的之间没
有沟通，也不能control和push。
