the end of April. I am a quiet person, I don't do party or other heavy
activities that might damage the carpet. I change shoes after I enter the
room. Currently, just normal wearing and tearing.
landlord said that if they need to replace the carpet, they will charge me.
how to justify if the charge is reasonable? I feel I am not responsible for
the normal tearing and wearing of the carpet , if they replace the carpet
