不过高很多是不会了,我们大概知道market price, 而且我们的价格比county
assessment for tax purpose 高了20万阿!当然,在我们这破地方,一般成交价都比
county assessment 高至少10万。而且,这个房子在county上很多信息没有更新,导致
assessed value比较低。Appraisal如果也考虑county assessment,那可能会低。 |

另外,seller agent认识我们的attorney. 没办法,Seller agent 在这一带势力很大
,没有不认识的attorney. 你觉得这会影响我们negotiation吗? |

Asks seller to match it. Why pay a penny more than that?

I just read something from another forum. Appraisal contigency just defines
they need to match or void contract and give back all earnest money. But if
the buyer is willing to negotiate in between, the deal can proceed. However
it seems how much in between does not need to appear on the contract at thhe
beginning.
