1. tenancy in common：每个owner具有相同的使用权，但所有权可以不同，适合未婚
者（或者独立投资人）一起买房的情况，比如A可以有80%interest，B则20%，但A不能
赶B出去，B可以使用property所有的权益。以后卖的时候两人的interest不一样而已。
B去世的话，B的产权可以单独转移给C，A不能自动获得B的产权。
2. joint tenancy：每个owner具有相同使用权和interest。而且具有right of
survivorship。如果B去世，A自动获得B的产权。首先你们已经是夫妻，那么有一种特
殊的joint tenancy，叫做tenancies by the entirety。这种ownership只能created
by will or deed。deed必须写明，这个property是tenancies by the entirety。一般
来说如果是已婚夫妻一起买房，by default就是tenancies by the entirety。
