装修2年。然后就可以住了。

Basically we have finished offer-counter offer-acceptance-fund escrow-find
loan broker-loan approval(pre???)-appraisal(might not happen yet)-......
then don't know what's next. |

close前5天approve的。approve了以后就直接签字画押，交钱换钥匙了。难道加州买房
步骤不一样？ |

你看房。唉，总算是告一段落了，太辛苦了。 |

发帖数: 994 | 11 其实，新州也有这样的情况，只要两房觉得卖价是reasonable，有的情况下是不会要求
做appraisal report或者只要求drive-by来确认房子还在就可以了。

lender may not approve the mortgage. How could I do then? Ask the seller to
lower the price? How about the seller refuses to do so? |
