刚刚收到国际办得的回信说不能给出，我our H-1B application has not yet been
processed. We have requested a prevailing wage determination from the Labor
Dept for the position. Once we have received the determination, your
department will have a business-related decision to make regarding whether
or not to proceed. If they decide to petition USCIS for the H-1B status,
there is no way for me to say it will be approved.
我的还在最初的一步。 该怎么办？系里的秘书能知道怎么写吗？
愁死人了！
