Does anyone know when can I refinance after purchase? I called one loan
agent today and she told me I have to wait for 6 months before I can do
refinance. Is this true?
I am in Virginia .

Most likely it's after 3-6 months, but in my case, I started
almost immediately.

回扣就泡汤了。
直接在银行贷的一般没啥限制
