发帖数: 3962 | 6 sometimes, for foreclsured houses, banker will ask you fully responsible for
the utilities and gas for inspection. Just call the companies and tell them
what's going on, and they will give you a window period for the inspection
work, like from 7:00AM to 7:00PM on your inspection day, but of course all
the bills are on you, even like hoopup fee, reopen fee, and blabla~

房子基本上都断了水电气，要buyer自己花钱开通做inspection。
bank owned一般断水气，但有电，也有停的，不过有的负责给你开通。 |
