我们买这个房子的时候就知道屋顶状态一般，当时的inspector说２－４年就要换了
那个人说他可以帮助我们和保险公司negotiate，指出wind damage有很多，这样保险公
司会cover我们换屋顶的钱
我就怕让他们上屋顶检查了，给我弄出些本来没有的毛病，然后非修不可

This guy is very fishy, only promising he will HELP you filing a claim. The
risk is still your own. And even if you manage to fool your insurance
company, are you sure they won't fight back like increasing your premium?
You might just end up pulling his chestnut outta fire. |
