chance the bank would never get the house from the current owners.

It is not easy to find a house like that... |

1, is it true that when auction happened, the tenants/owner have been
evicted out?
2, if false, how can the bidder evict the guy refuse to move out? no lease,
you can't go to landlord tenant court for an eviction order... |
