We have dropped off all contingencies. The loan has been approved. 10 days
ago, we locked our 30-day rate at 4.75 with $1200 credit back, not the
lowest since then but good enough and we are happy. Our loan is above $417K.
The house itself does not look as pretty as the one we were pissed off, but
it is actually better than that one, IMO. |
