我们是4/30之前进入binding contract, 6月份close escrow. 现在file 5405 form.
在5405 第一页,有一段这样写: the IRS encourages the buyer to sign the
settlement statement
prior to attaching it to the tax return even in cases where the settlement
form does not include a signature line.
请问是不是只要buyer的签名,不用seller的签名啊?seller 已经搬到其它州了,我们已
经联系不到了.急啊!
