Today's quote per wells fargo is 4.25% for 15 year fixed, $2700 closing cost, no point, no
other fees.
Monthly payment is going to be $500 more, but more payment will go to principal. I wonder if today's quote is worthy a refi?
I hate the 2700 closing cost, but there is no way i can get it waived. | b*d
