2, 用一个broker不愿意你马上refi，有的loan时间短他拿不到
commission。

中国人 不会有人做有cost的refi的
老美呢 不会给你做no cost的refi
所以你会得到不同的建议 |

但区别是no cost你随时可以再refi只要利率低就是合算的。
有cost就不行了，你不能隔两三天就扔一次cost的钱啊。

就是$600，30年就是$18,000。
