详情如下：
在一个apartment住了3年多，最近搬出。花了2天多时间cleaning. 结果security
deposit （1030) 全被扣了，还倒欠１百多，气死我了。大家帮忙看看，如何是好。

1. cleaning of kitchen:Total clean:layers of cooking oil. $50
(note: I replaced the stove plates new, and new filter for the hood)
2. cleaning of bathroom: total clean: tub toilet, vanity, floor, etc. $50

然后你搬进去的时候应该有个walk through list，上面如果已经有damage了，你就跟
他们说，本来就是有毛病的，不应该你付。
其他真的就没啥特别好争的了，谁都有理。 |

难道表面就有你们没有报告？
你可以告诉他，你现在才明白你原来为什么会经常感到不舒服了，找几张医院账单让他
买单

发帖数: 1003 | 9 Apartment companies are all the same. These are normal wearout and it's their duty to do normal maintainence. Just tell them you want to go to the court and they will recede. If not go to the court. Prepare all the paperwork and you will lose nothing. |

The mold part is minor and is only about $110. The major thing is the carpet
. They said the normal lifetime of carpet is about 8 years and the charge
was prorated. The major question here is that whether it's normal for them
to charge the carpet replacement cost on our security deposit. Sign.黑心

up quickly if they don't have them now.晕。

是一分deposit
也没有拿到。

不出来了。
