though the downpayment is moren than 50%!!!

换lender，找broker，提前问清楚。很多的小银行 credit union有自己的portfolio l

现在只有一个银行办这个， 这个需要你找个朋友的公司，说你在那里上班，然后银行会电话核实一下。
信用分数大概660以上。我认识一些在餐馆工作的朋友就是这样贷到款的。 |
