agent的email，要签如下协议:
The property is " sold as it is". The purchaser has the right to do home inspection for information only. The
purchase has right to avoid contract before ... (basically within 36 hours when I received the addendum, or 48
hours when the offer was accepted).
agent说过sell as it is when the seller agreed the offer, 但是没有说36小时之内(连找home inspector， 到
inspection，到make decision)做决定。seller是不是太过分了。真怀疑房子有问题。砖墙的确有裂缝. |

发帖数: 50 | 3 哦，少说了一句。seller是要从他们接受offer到home inspection总共48小时做决定。
一般都是要给几天找home
inspector， inspector看完房子48小时作决定。现在都push到一起了。

inspection, 绝对不要签P&S. 我们当时也是"sold as is",但是给了足够的时间做
inspection, sellers就是不愿意再negotiate credit。 |

发帖数: 50 | 6 Thank you for your reply. They don't have backup offer and the house has
been on market for more than 80
days and we are the only one made the offer. My agent said seller may want
to rent the house instead, so they
push the final decision hardly. And my agent asked me to ignore this
addendum.
